What is Breathwork?
The human body breathes automatically to keep us alive, but how often do we consciously breathe? Breathwork is exactly as it sounds – it’s the practice of allowing the breath to do the work for us. This gentle 3-part rhythmic breathwork practice draws from pranayama traditions to help your body shift into a state of deep relaxation.

The breathwork session will take place virtually via Zoom. Once you choose which package works best for you, you’ll receive all of the Zoom information in an email.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. Layers are recommended as body temperature can fluctuate during the session. Choose a comfortable space where you can lay down. Having a blanket and eye mask are also encouraged.

It’s best to avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before your session. A light snack is absolutely fine.

Yes. A single class expires after 60 days and the 3 session package expires after 90 days.

Please kindly reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the session through the confirmation link received upon booking. You will be able to reschedule the session as long as you’re in the 2 month time frame.
